Childcare Services
We understand that attending a conference can be challenging for participants with children. For those who are planning to attend but are concerned about childcare during the conference: RoboSoft2026 provides childcare services in a room adjacent to the main venue. Advance registration will be required. The room is also expected to offer a live broadcast of the conference sessions. You are welcome to travel to Japan with your children.
Service Information
This service requires advance registration. Walk-in or same-day use is not available. If you have completed the registration, please bring your child to the reception desk on the day of service.
Eligible ages: 3 months to 12 years old
Fee: Free

We will provide an optional childcare service upon request (e.g., during social events at night). The fee is 3,300 yen per hour, and the cost will be paid in cash by each participant.

Application
If you wish to use this service, please review and sign the Consent Form, and submit the Childcare Application Form below no later than March 15, 2026 March 22, 2026. We will contact you to confirm your request, so please be sure to include a valid email address on the application form.
