Workshop Dates and Venues
We would like to thank all applicants for the many workshop proposals submitted. We accepted as many workshops as possible within the available program space, and we appreciate the time and effort contributed by all organizers.
Workshops will be held on April 7 and April 11. Please note that the venues differ by date, as follows:
- April 7: Hotel Kanazawa
- April 11: Kanazawa Institute of Technology
The accepted workshops are listed below. Workshops are categorized as either full-day or half-day. For half-day workshops, the schedule is further specified as either a morning or afternoon session in addition to the date.

Workshop Schedule
- 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM Morning Session (with a coffee break)
- 12:30 PM – 1:45 PM Lunch Break
- 1:45 PM – 5:30 PM Afternoon Session (with a coffee break)
Coffee Breaks: Start times and duration are managed by each workshop organizer. There are no mandatory coffee break times for all workshops.
Equipment: Organizers must apply to the committee for panels or fixtures (for poster sessions/hands-on workshops).
