Presentation Format
To maximize interaction between presenters and the audience, all accepted papers will be presented using a combined oral and poster format.
Please prepare both the oral presentation and the poster. The oral presentation file (PowerPoint format) will be collected approximately 10 days before the conference. Further details will be provided in a separate announcement.
Oral Presentation
Each paper will be assigned a 7–8 minute oral presentation without a Q & A session. Depending on the final program structure, presentations may be organized in single-track or parallel sessions.
Poster Presentation
Each paper will also be presented during a dedicated 90-minute poster session, scheduled after the corresponding oral presentation session. This format is intended to encourage in-depth discussion and interaction.
ZooQuarium is an optional extension of the poster presentation for authors who wish to include a live physical exhibit. All authors are therefore strongly encouraged to consider bringing physical systems and registering for the ZooQuarium exhibition.
