Registration open at 9:00 AM (JST) on February 10.
- Author registration deadline: Before submitting the camera-ready manuscript, no later than February 20
- Early-bird registration deadline: February 28 2026
- Regular registration: March 1 – April 5 2026
- On-site registration: April 6–10 2026
All deadlines are at 23:59 (GMT, UTC-0).
Registration Fees
Discounted rates are available to IEEE members and members of the IEEE RAS (Robotics and Automation Society). We recommend joining before registration to qualify for the member rate.
Fees are charged in JPY and are inclusive of consumption tax. Your registration is not complete until payment has been received.
Please note that only on-site attendance is available; online or hybrid participation will not be offered.

What’s Included in Your Registration
Full Conference registration includes:
- Presentation & Publication: Eligibility to present accepted papers and online access to the proceedings.
- Technical Sessions: Full access to all oral/poster sessions, plenaries, invited talks, and workshops.
- Events & Exhibits: Admission to the Art Gallery, competitions, ZooQuarium, and sponsor exhibits.
- Catering & Socials: Daily coffee breaks, a lunch on April 9th, and all receptions (Welcome Hanami bus, Banquet, and Farewell).
Workshops / Art Gallery / Competitions Only Access includes:
- In-person access to all workshops, held on April 7 and April 11.
- In-person access to Art Gallery and Competitions, held from April 8 to 10.
- Please note: Valid only for the designated sessions. Not eligible for main conference sessions or social activities.
Author Registration Policy
For the camera-ready submission of an accepted contributed paper or extended abstract, at least one of the authors must complete a full conference registration in advance.
Submissions lacking either a valid registration or an actual presentation will be removed from the program and proceedings.
Contributed Papers:
- A non-student registration covers up to two papers.
- A student registration covers one paper only.
- Authors may purchase up to two (2) additional pages at 18,000 JPY/page. Total maximum number of pages cannot exceed eight (8).
(excluding transfers from RAS-sponsored journals) - Authors may purchase an additional paper at 45,000 JPY.
Extended Abstracts (Separate Count):
- Each registration (non-student or student) covers one extended abstract, regardless of the number of contributed papers.
- Authors may purchase an additional extended abstract at 22,000 JPY.
Page Limits & Extra Charges:
Note: These page charges do not apply to papers transferred from RAS-sponsored journals.
- The standard length for a contributed paper is six (6) pages.
- If a paper exceeds six (6) pages, authors may purchase up to two (2) additional pages at 18,000 JPY/page.
- The total maximum length cannot exceed eight (8) pages.
- Extended abstracts must not exceed three (3) pages, including references. No additional pages available.
